Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and [Company Name] ("we", "us"), which operates LEADPOPI. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

LEADPOPI helps contractors and local service businesses capture leads, book appointments, and communicate with customers by text, phone, and email. Features may change as the service is improved. Features marked "coming soon" or "beta" are provided as-is and may change or be removed.

You must give accurate information, keep your login secure, and are responsible for activity in your account. One account is for one business unless we agree otherwise.

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. Current prices are shown on the pricing page. Each plan includes a monthly text allowance:

• Starter: 500 texts per month
• Growth: 2,000 texts per month
• Pro: 5,000 texts per month
• Done For You: 10,000 texts per month

When the allowance is used up, automated texts pause until the next month or until you upgrade. You can cancel at any time from the billing page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are not refunded except where required by law. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice.

Program description. Businesses use LEADPOPI to send their own customers and leads appointment confirmations and reminders, replies to inquiries, missed-call follow-ups, estimate follow-ups, and service-related messages.

Consent. Consumers opt in by checking the SMS consent box on a lead form or booking page, or by texting or calling the business first. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Frequency and cost. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Opt out and help. Reply STOP to cancel at any time; you will receive one confirmation message. Reply HELP for help, or contact [support email].

Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy. Mobile numbers and SMS consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing. See the Privacy Policy.

If you send messages through LEADPOPI, you agree to:

• Text only people who gave consent or who contacted your business first.
• Honor every opt-out. LEADPOPI blocks texts to numbers that opted out; you must not work around this.
• Follow the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CAN-SPAM, carrier rules, and all other laws that apply to your messages and calls.
• Complete any business messaging registration (such as A2P 10DLC) that carriers require, with accurate information.
• Not send unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or prohibited content.

You are responsible for the content of your messages and for your own customer relationships. We may suspend messaging that puts deliverability or compliance at risk.

You own the leads and customer data in your account. You give us permission to process it to provide the service. Each business's data is kept separate from other businesses.

LEADPOPI can draft ads, messages, and suggestions using AI. Review this content before using it. You are responsible for what you publish or send.

Do not misuse the service, attempt to access other accounts' data, interfere with its operation, or resell it without our written permission.

The service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee any number of leads, bookings, or sales. To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or lost-profit damages.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end accounts that violate these terms or the law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

We may update these terms and will post the new version here. Continued use means you accept the changes.
