LEADPOPI is a lead management and customer communication service for contractors and other local service businesses, operated by [Company Name] ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

It covers two groups: business customers who have a LEADPOPI account, and their customers and leads ("consumers") who fill out a form, book an appointment, call, or text a business that uses LEADPOPI.

From business customers: name, email, phone, business details you enter in your profile, billing status, and how you use the service.

From consumers: the information you give a business through a LEADPOPI form, booking page, call, or text, such as your name, phone number, email, address, the service you need, messages you send, and your consent choices.

Automatically: basic technical data such as browser type, device, and pages visited, used to keep the service secure and working.

• To deliver the service: store leads, schedule appointments, and send the messages a business or consumer asked for.
• To send appointment confirmations, reminders, replies, and follow-ups on behalf of the business you contacted.
• To operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the service.
• To bill business customers and provide support.
• To comply with the law.

Phone numbers and SMS consent are collected only for the purpose of sending the messages you agreed to receive from the business you contacted.

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information is shared only with service providers that help us deliver messages (such as our messaging carrier), and only for that purpose.

You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.

• With the business you contacted. Each business sees only its own leads, appointments, calls, and messages.
• With service providers that host the service and deliver calls, texts, email, and payments, under agreements that limit their use of the data.
• When required by law or to protect rights and safety.
• In a business transfer, such as a merger or sale, with notice to affected account holders.

We do not sell personal information.

We keep information for as long as the account is active or as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. Business customers can delete leads and records in their account. We use access controls and encryption in transit to protect data, but no system is completely secure.

• Reply STOP to any text to stop texts from that business.
• Use the unsubscribe option or reply to stop emails.
• Ask us, or the business you contacted, to access, correct, or delete your information.

LEADPOPI is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
